Privacy Policy1. IntroductionUniqee ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when using the Uniqee mobile application (the "App") and landing page.
By continuing to use the App on or after 28 May 2025 you acknowledge that you have read and understood this updated Privacy Policy.2. Data We Collect- Personal Information & Conversation Data – name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide when creating an account, interacting with our AI features (e.g. prompts, messages, feedback) or posting content.
- Analytics Data – device information, IP address, usage events and engagement metrics collected via third‑party services (e.g. Firebase, Amplitude).
- Cookies & Tracking Technologies – small text files placed on your device to analyse usage, provide functionality and deliver relevant content.

4. Data Sharing and Third PartiesWe share data only with trusted service providers that process it on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics, AI‑model providers). We do
not sell personal data. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.
5. Storage, Security & International Transfers- Data are stored on Google Cloud servers located in the EU.
- We apply industry‑standard security measures including two‑factor authentication.
- Where data are transferred outside the EEA, we rely on lawful mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Data Retention, Chat Anonymisation & Account DeletionWe keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above.
Account Deletion Workflow- Grace‑period (30 days). When you request deletion (by emailing info@uniqee.me), your account is placed in a deactivated state for 30 calendar days. During this period you may contact support to restore your profile and associated data.
- Final erasure. After the 30‑day grace period, we permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise all personal data unless retention is required by law or to defend legal claims.
Chat Anonymisation. Messages you have sent to other users remain visible to the recipients to preserve conversation continuity. However, once your deletion request is submitted your identifying profile elements (name, avatar, links) will be replaced with a non‑identifying placeholder such as “Deleted User”, so that the remaining conversation can no longer be linked back to you. This constitutes anonymisation under GDPR recital 26.
7. Your Rights (GDPR & Other Laws)You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing activities, and to withdraw consent to Automated Content Generation at any time. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@uniqee.me.
8. Children’s PrivacyThe App is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. We implement a
soft age‑gating procedure that asks every new user to enter their date of birth and validates it with logical checks. Where we have reasonable doubt about the authenticity of a user’s declared age, we may request additional evidence (such as a scan of a government‑issued ID, payment‑card verification or a third‑party age‑assurance result). Accounts that do not supply satisfactory proof within a reasonable time will be deactivated or removed.
9. Changes to this Policy. Changes to this PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
