1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Uniqee mobile application (the "App") or the accompanying landing page, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, discontinue use of the App and all related services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time—for example, a copy of a government‑issued identity document, bank‑card confirmation or a recognised age‑assurance service. If you do not provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period, we may suspend or terminate your account.

4. AI‑Generated Content
4A. User Images
• “User Images” are photos, videos, avatars or other media you upload; “Generated Images” are images the App creates that depict or resemble you.
• We treat both “User Images” and “Generated Images” as personal data (alongside your name, gender and traits) and process/store them to provide, personalise, moderate, secure and support the App. We may share them with our contracted providers (including AI service providers acting as processors) on our instructions.
• Content is stored while your account is active and during the 30-day grace period after a deletion request (see Section 3), then deleted or anonymised unless legal retention is required.
• Only upload content you have rights to; do not upload images of others (or minors) without consent; do not upload illegal or harmful content.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Using the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others.
Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal of content, suspension, or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks and non‑user content are the property of Uniqee or its licensors. You may not reproduce or modify them without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and any Generated Content are provided on an "as‑is" and "as‑available" basis. We make no guarantees that the App will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uniqee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including those arising from reliance on Generated Content.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cyprus.

3. User Accounts, Premium Subscription & Account Deletion
- Account Creation – You must provide accurate, current information.
- Premium Subscription – Details of pricing, payment and renewal are displayed in‑app.
- Account Deletion – You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@uniqee.me. When you do so we will:
- deactivate the account for a 30‑day grace period during which you may ask support to restore it;
- anonymise your profile details (name, avatar) in any existing chats so that other participants see a generic “Deleted User”;
- permanently erase or anonymise personal data after the grace period unless legal retention is required.
4. AI‑Generated Content
- AI‑Generated Content & Personalisation – The App may automatically generate text, images or other materials ("Generated Content") based on the data you provide. By using the App you:
- give us permission to process your data for this purpose;
- acknowledge that Generated Content is provided "as‑is" and may contain inaccuracies or biases; and
- understand that you remain responsible for any subsequent use of Generated Content (including compliance with applicable law).
- Content Removal – We may remove any content (including Generated Content saved by you) that violates these Terms, our policies or the law, without prior notice.
